My Why

Dear friend,

So, seventh to ninth grade were not the best years of my life. Socially, emotionally, academically, and beyond. In fact, they were pretty crappy. The rest of high school was better. I had some friends, a passion, but I struggled with self-confidence and put a lot of pressure on myself. I was pretty mean to myself, honestly. This struggle continued into undergrad and beyond. I didn’t really know who I was because I was trying to fit into everyone else’s mold. It wasn’t until grad school that I really hit my stride.

Does any of this sound like you?

After working with teens and young adults for over fifteen years, I have heard this story or a version of this story over and over again spoken through different hearts.

Because of this, I offer my support to you. What you have to offer this world is truly unique. I want to help you uncover your strengths and weakness, gain tools that will help you move through life, and grow in confidence.
